A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The defendant shall order the completion of the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the Plaintiff’s “E” main points of the Victim D’s Operation in the Won-si; and (c) caused the damage to the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, by drinking a dispute equivalent to KRW 20,00,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership on the table.
2. 4. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 9. 2. 15:00경 원주시 L에 있는 ‘M’ 상점 앞 도로에서 “강제추행을 당한 사람이 범인을 붙잡고 있으니 급히 출동하라”는 지시를 받고 출동한 원주경찰서 N지구대 소속 경사인 피해자 O에 의해 원주시 P에 있는 원주경찰서 N지구대 사무실로 연행되어 온 후 Q 등 8명이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “너 지금 뭐하는 새끼야 개새끼야”, “너 무슨 여자 울렁증 있어 개새끼야”, “너 길거리에서 만나면 죽여 버려 개새끼야, 너 인상 기억해 놨어 이 씹할 새끼야”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
5.
