A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2015, at around 04:30 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force, such as: (a) playing together and approaching “E” in Suwon-si D; (b) forcing the victim Fur who is engaged in daily conduct and dancing (at the age of 23); (c) putting the victim’s shoulder and fingers into force; (d) putting the victim who refuses to do so, i.e., e., g., g., hurgor and hurg; and (e) hurging the shoulder and hurg, hurging the victim, regardless of the victim’s refusal to do so; and (e) forcing the victim to do so.

2. On September 24, 2015, at around 04:20, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim I (n, 33 years of age) is walking along the path under the influence of alcohol; (b) caused the victim’s desire to walk; (c) kid the victim following the victim; (d) kid the victim’s hand on his/her alleyway; (d) kid the victim, kid the victim; (e) kid the victim; (e) kid the victim’s body; and (e) kid the victim, kid the victim; and (e) kid the victim’s body going beyond the body.

3. On September 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 09:40, committed an indecent act by force, such as humping the two arms of the defective victim who tried to request assistance from the victim while she was under the influence of alcohol to find out the victim K (the age of 27) who was seated in the stairs from the front corridor of the public toilet in the J-gu building, and by causing her desire to take care of the victim.
