Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On March 24, 2013, around 09:15, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim, such as: (a) the victim D (the 33-year old-old), who was walking around the 301-dong guard room in the Chungcheong-gun C apartment, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) the victim’s right chest was frighted by his hand to have kidd the victim’s desire to commit an indecent act by force; and (c) the victim’s right chest was frighted by his hand; and (d) the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act.
2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On May 15, 2013, at around 16:01, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the victim’s hand, by deeming that the victim’s G (the 14-year-old age), who is a juvenile, she was fright together with his/her friendship, and by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act against the victim, while she said that “bucks are bad,” the Defendant she made the victim’s hacks that “bucks are buck off to the victim’s left left side,” and she committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, such as holding the victim’s left side bucks, and setting up his/her shoulder, and breaking his/her shoulder.
B. On May 16, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as: (a) finding out the victim’s J (the age of 15) in front of the Ilaundary House H located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) attempting to forcibly commit an indecent act against the victim, by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim, by making the victim’s sexual intercourse with his hand.
C. At around 18:00 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim M (the age of 15) who is a juvenile going on a road in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun K Apartment-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and then forced the victim to commit an indecent act on his hand; (b) took the victim’s face in his hand; and (c) took the victim’s face toward the victim’s face; and (d) took the victim’s arms toward the victim’s face; and (b) took the victim’s arms with other hand, frankbucks.
