A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a student attending C University marketing management department, who is a victim D (n, 20 years of age), E (n, 19 years of age), F (n, 19 years of age), G (n, 19 years of age), H (n, 18 years of age).

1. On August 29, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim D by compulsion: (a) 20 students of the same department at the fourth floor (JJ) of the Mayang-gu International Building on the fourth floor of the Mayang-si, Annyang-si, with 20 students of the same department; (b) while drinking alcohol, the victim was able to take a bath against the victim; and (c) the victim was humbbbbbbbbbbing with his hum in his/her arms, and humbbbbbing with his/her hum, with his/her humping.

2. The Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim E by compulsion by force by inserting the victim’s humfic hand into the victim’s humfic, which was seated in the next place at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and by making the victim’s humfic with his humfic, and by making the victim’s humfs fit with

The Defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim G by compulsion on the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), and in the place set forth in paragraph (1), and subsequently, rhumbucks were able to write down the victim’s bucks by hand, and committed indecent acts by force against the victim.

4. The Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim H by compulsion by force by force, on the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), and at a place set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was in front of the toilet, by putting the victim’s her own brith with his arms at hand.

5. The Defendant’s indecent act by compulsion against the victim F committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim, who was on the date, time, place, and corridor as stated in paragraph (1), by using the victim’s Da and his own right mar as his hand.
