1. Defendant B:

A. Attached Form 1 No. 1, 2, 3, 4. Of the area of 179.63 square meters of the 2nd floor of the building listed in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. As to Defendant B, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B with regard to the portion of “A” in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 attached hereto among the 179.63 square meters of the 2nd floor of the building indicated in the attached Table B with Defendant B, which was attached in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, on September 8, 2015, with respect to the 60 square meters of the leased deposit from September 15, 2015 to September 14, 2017, with the lease deposit of KRW 4,000,000, monthly 40,000 (excluding value-added tax, and separate management expenses).

Defendant B paid only the rent from November 14, 2016, which was due to delay in rent, and sought the termination of the lease contract and the delivery of the said building part, and deducted KRW 4,000,000 paid from the delayed rent from November 15, 2016 to the completion of delivery of the said part, and sought the payment of money calculated at the rate of KRW 400,000 per month from September 15, 2017 to September 15, 2017.

The Plaintiff lent KRW 5,00,000 to Defendant B on December 24, 2016, and sought payment of KRW 5,000,000.

B. On September 12, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant Co., Ltd. with regard to the portion of “B” 119.63 square meters in sequence, which was connected to each point of the attached Form 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 4, 3, and 2, among the area of 179.63 square meters on the second floor of the building 179.63 square meters in the attached Table, from September 15, 2016 to September 14, 2017, with regard to the lease deposit amount of KRW 6,000,000 (excluding value-added tax, and management expenses).

Defendant A Co., Ltd. paid KRW 1,00,000 as the lease deposit and only the rent was paid until November 14, 2016. It sought payment of KRW 1,00,000,000 from the rent in arrears from November 15, 2016 to the rent in arrears for two months. The Defendant C Co., Ltd. seeks payment of KRW 600,000 per month from January 15, 2017 to the completion of delivery.

2. Defendant B of applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
