1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and from December 23, 2014 to December 500, respectively.

On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff’s claim indication: (a) leased a building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant with a deposit of KRW 10,00,000; (b) KRW 500,000 per month; and (c) from September 23, 2014 to September 22, 2016; and (b) the Defendant did not pay a rent thereafter without paying the rent from September 23, 2014 to December 22, 2014; (c) the said lease contract is terminated on the ground of the Defendant’s nonperformance of obligation; and (d) the Defendant sought a payment of the surrender and overdue rent of the said building.

2. Judgment made based on the deemed confession based on the basis of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
