1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) buildings described in paragraph (a) from October 18, 2018.
Reasons
1. On October 13, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant KRW 3 million, monthly rent, KRW 270,000,000 to the Defendant.
The defendant does not pay the following rent after paying only three-month rent.
Therefore, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the grounds of the overdue rent of more than two years, and seek the delivery of buildings listed in the attached Table and the payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
