A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant borrowed loans and bonds from financial institutions and used about KRW 60,00,000 per month for entertainment expenses, etc., and did not have the ability to repay the monthly interest of KRW 2,000,000,000 per month, with the intention to steal money and valuables by impairing the housing prices on the subjects of the unpaid housing at night.

1. Night-time theft;

A. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant opened and intruded any d's house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, at around 21:00, the Defendant brought about a theft of KRW 18K bl's 18K bl's market value equivalent to KRW 2,00,000, the total market value of KRW 18K bl's 1,000, market value of KRW 1,000,000, and KRW 70,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 18K bl's bl's 1,00,000, and KRW 1,00,000, market value of KRW 1,000, and KRW 50,70,000.

B. On May 8, 2017, around 20:10, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a garrecing window that was not set up in the said victim D’s house; and (b) took money and valuables worth KRW 550,000, totaling KRW 180,000, the market value of the victim’s possession in the cremation site in the cell, and KRW 50,000, which was kept in the wall, was stolen.

C. On September 5, 2017, at around 20:30 on September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a living room room in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and entered the house; and (b) stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 580,000,00 in total of the market price of the victim’s name, such as the Nong, Company, citizen, foreign exchange bank, new card, lot card, and lot card, each of the card; and (c) one, 1, 18 K 1, 20,000, and 580,000,000,000, in total, of the market price of the victim’s house in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; and (d) then, the Defendant stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes the victims' residence at night over three times in total and market price.
