A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (thief, etc.) committed an indecent act against the victim by removing two windows of toilets that have not been corrected from the place where the victim was locked, destroying, and intrusion into the place where the victim was locked, taking out 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the said place, cutting off the money in the place where the victim was locked, and suppressions the victim’s knives against the victim’s knives, leaving the clothes above the clothes of the female, and committing an indecent act against the victim by taking the victim’s clothes alone.
