A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Seized evidence 1 through 3, 6, and 8 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on March 19, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened a small and unrecepted window at the house of the victim C, which was located in the building D (101) of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) intruded into the house, and (d) 14K gold bars, the victim of which was located in the inner cremation unit, with two precious metals worth KRW 4,00,000, total market prices of KRW 4,000,000.
2. At night, around 21:00 on March 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the house of the victim E on the first floor in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim’s cash owned by the victim; (b) USD 2,800,000; (c) USD 70; (d) 1, 18 K K galle-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-sig-si; (c) 3, 18 K-sig-si, 2, 3, 1, 14 K-sig-sig-si; and (c) 100 gal-rig-rig-rig-do-si-si-si-si-si-si-si.
3. Around 20:00 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with four precious metal products worth KRW 700,000 in total market value, including 1,000,000, multimond half of the cash owned by the victim in the inside of the house, and 1,000,000, in total, of the market value of the victim’s H building 101, in which the victim’s house located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 101 was opened by force, destroyed and damaged, and intruded into the house; and (b) stolen the victim’s house with four precious metal products owned by the victim in the inside of the house.
4. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on October 1, 2014, at night for the victim I; (b) around 19:30, the Defendant: (c) opened an inner window outside the house of the victim I located in J 1 of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (d) found a credit without the house of the victim; and (d) opened a credit cooperative door to find a credit cooperative; and (d) opened a credit cooperative, one cash-owned by the victim in the credit cooperative; (d) one half of five parts of the credit cooperative; (e) one ballot-counting; and (e) 5,00,00 the market price of the victim’s cash owned in the credit cooperative.
