A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Changwon District Court’s branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 4, 2014, and was sentenced to imprisonment for two years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court’s branch on September 30, 2010. On July 12, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years for a crime of violation of the Act (Larceny) at the Changwon District Court’s branch on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was punished for larceny on March 17, 2004 by imprisonment for one year and two months.
The defendant habitually lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the shocking or co-ordination disorder caused by a physiological disorder, etc.;
1. On July 1, 2016, around 13:30, 13:30, the victim D’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and the victim’s house opened a multi-use room which has not been corrected and intruded into the inner cremation, seven net gold 1.4 million won at the market price of 4.2 million won at the market price of the victim’s ownership, four net gold 1.2 million won at the market price, one net gold 1.2 million won at the market price, one net gold 1.1 million won at the market price, and 18K 1.8,30,00 won at the market price, and 1.5 million won at the market price, and 5,000,000 won at the 5,000,000,000 won at the market price, and one gold 1.0,000 won at the market price;

On August 31, 2016, around 14:40, around 14:40, the victim F in Changwon-si, Changwon-si E: (a) opened a window for a multi-use room that has not been corrected and intruded into the victim’s house; (b) one of the victim’s 10,000 won bloss 30,000,000 won in the market price; and (c) two of the net gold bars with the amount of KRW 1.2 million in the market price; and (d) four of the net gold sheet with the amount of KRW 2,80,000 in the market price, equivalent to KRW 2.8 million in the market price;
