Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2018, the Defendant driven a rocketing car at B around 06:00, and came to turn to the left at the right-hand turn from C to the right-hand left-hand turn.

Since there is a signal, there was a duty of care to prevent traffic accidents by complying with the signals instructed by the signal, etc. to a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle in such case.
