A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 3, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a DNA car from the front side of the road in Jeju to the front side of the road in Jeju, without obtaining a driver's license on January 17, 2020, to the front side of the 7.4 km road in Jeju.

2. On January 3, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driving a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license on January 17, 2020, leading the front of the road C to the middle door from the bank of Jeju at the time of Jeju.
