Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2019, at around 20:25, the Defendant operated a Bgallon-II cargo vehicle and continued the front road in front of Seopopo-si in the middle of Seopo-si.

The Defendant suffered the injury of the Dok-in salt, etc. in need of approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim F (the age of 30) who is the passenger of the said vehicle, and the injury of the victim G (the passenger at the age of 41) by taking the front part of the Dok-in car at the front part of the said Dok-in car.
