A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2019, the Defendant driven a Bsch Rexton car which was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver's license on August 6, 2019, and proceeded two-lanes of the two-lane road in front of the Djuju station in Jeju City, into the area of the coastal intersection. The Defendant moved to the right-hand side of the E elementary school.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly examining the post-defence of the driver of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim H(52 years old) who was on the left-hand side of the victim FF (58 years old) who was in the right-hand side of the traffic signal at the right-hand side due to the occupational negligence by the Defendant’s revocation of the car driver’s license, by shocking the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s license to the front part of the said passenger car, and was on the part of the Defendant’s driver’s license to the victim F and the above cargo for two weeks.
