A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a cell phone sales agent operated by the victim C, who worked as an employee in D'.

1. On July 18, 2013, at the above D office located in Jeju City E, the Defendant: (a) prepared an application for membership in the name of “Y4 LTE A” owned by the Defendant using the gaps of the place; (b) opened the core chip in the F’s name with the cell phone; (c) immediately removed the core chip by selling the cell phone to G from the office after receiving contact with the Defendant and finding it as the office; and (d) drafted an application for forgery of the aforementioned document in the name of another person; (b) sold the same mobile phone in the name of another person; and (c) sold the same mobile phone in the name of another person; and (d) sold the same mobile phone in the name of another person; and (d) sold the same document in the name of another person; and (e) sold the mobile phone in the name of another person; and (e) made an application for forgery of the document in the name of another person in the name of another person; and (e) sold the same document in the name of a public machine or used.
