(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A]
1. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document stating “D”, “I”, “I”, “W, 202 Dong 308,” written in the column for the name of customer information to be entered in the new contract form for T service, using a verification color pen, and forged a copy of a new service contract in the name of the applicant column, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by signing D’s signature in the applicant column. From that time to June 6, 2016, the Defendant forged a total of 63 copies of a new service contract under the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, sent 5 copies of the document, such as a forged Telecommunication contract, as described in paragraph 1, to an employee in charge of the opening of the SK Telecom Co., Ltd., who is unaware of the forgery, as if the document was a document duly formed, and exercised 63 copies of the forged document by transmitting 63 copies of the forged document to an employee in charge of the opening of the telecommunications company, as described in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
3.
