A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who operated D real estate in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and from October 31, 201, he was in charge of all business related to the purchase of necessary land to the victim E medical corporation from around October 31, 201.

On October 9, 2012, the Defendant entered into a sales contract on behalf of the said victim for purchasing KRW 360,000,000 on behalf of the said victim from G to 360,000,000,000 on behalf of the said victim, and the Defendant personally paid the balance of KRW 288,000 on December 21, 2012, stating that “The Defendant shall pay the balance of KRW 14,00,000 on behalf of the said victim” was forged to “the payment of KRW 144,00,000 on November 9, 2012 and the balance of KRW 144,00,000 on December 21, 2012, and then acquired the forged contract from the victimized person’s employees as if the contract was duly formed, and had the victimized person receive KRW 14,40,000,00 from the part payment.”

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. At around November 2012, the Defendant, using a computer, stated “360,000,000 won” and “72,000,000 won” in the column for “sale price of real estate” in the real estate form of a real estate transaction contract, using a computer, and made payment on October 9, 2012; “14,00,000 won shall be paid on November 9, 2012”; and “14,00,000 won shall be paid on November 9, 2012”; and “14,00,000 won shall be paid on December 21, 201,” and printed out the “seller’s agent” and then made it known that it was a seller’s agent’s use of the real estate, and made it known that it was a forgery of the real estate transaction contract and delivered to G15, with the victim’s signature and seal affixed to G1, 201.

B. The Defendant related to the receipt was forged on November 9, 2012.
