Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant did not actually conclude a real estate purchase contract, the Defendant prepared a real estate sale contract stating the completion of the contract as the buyer and displayed it to others, and had them jointly sold the real estate, and had them used for receiving the price.
1. On January 20, 2006, the Defendant forged private documents: “B” in the column for the location of real estate in the real estate form of the real estate transaction contract using a verification-type pen in the office of Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si; “F million won” in the column for the purchase price; “F million won” in the intermediate payment column; “F million won” in the column for the intermediate payment column; “F million won,” “F million won,” in the column for the contents of the special agreement,” “B shall be prepared by mutual agreement; “The buyer’s personal information may be changed (seller’s cooperation); “The date” on January 20, 2006; “B” in the seller’s address column; “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, 105 Dong904; “F” in the resident registration number column; and “GH’s name” in the name column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one Chapter of the Real Estate Sale Contract in G name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, held that he/she jointly purchased the real estate specified in the above sale contract to I who is aware of the forgery, and exercised the forged real estate sale contract as if it was duly formed.
3. Fraud;
A. The Defendant would make a joint purchase of 10,080 square meters to the victim I at the time and place described in paragraph 1, at the time and place. “Once the Defendant made an investment of 20,000,000 won to the victim I, then will bring the profits after every time.
“Falsely,” and as described in paragraph 2, a forged real estate transaction agreement was drafted.
However, the defendant is the owner of the above real estate, G and real estate sales contract.
