1. On June 5, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) written the said application in the name column of “AB” with the name in the form of the SK Telecom Service Contract, stating “AB’s resident registration number, address column, and “AB” on the date of receipt; (b) written the application in the column of “AB’s resident registration number,” and signed the “AB” in the name following the entry; (c) continuously, the Defendant written the “AB” in the name of the customer in the column of the sales contract on the part of the device installed at the location of the Plaintiff; and (d) written the application in the name of “AB” and the resident registration number, and the date of receipt “AB” in the name of the “AB” column; and (d) written the application in the name of “AB” column and the “AB” column; and (e) written the application in the column of “B’s resident registration number and the date of receipt.”
Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, has forged one application form for mobile phone subscription in the name of AB, which is a private document on the rights and duties, and one contract form for terminal subscription.
2. The Defendant at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, sent a forged mobile phone subscription application and a sales contract for the terminal device to an employee in charge of SK Telecom opening, who is aware of the forgery, to the said employee, by facsimile, as if the contract was duly completed.
3. Around June 11, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice on the Defendant’s home located in the Busan Shodong-gu, stating that the Defendant would sell two options on the Internet Nene AD car page bulletin board. A. The Defendant posted a notice on the Defendant’s home.
On June 11, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim AE who reported and contacted the above notice at around 20:25 on June 11, 2013, that “The Defendant would sell 60,000 won of LG options in LTE2 mobile phones.”
However, there was no intention or ability to send the victim's cell phone.
