Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul East District Court on March 21, 2014, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on the 29th day of the same month, and on July 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents at the same court.

9.4. The above-mentioned sentence is finalized;

A. On February 9, 2012, at the “D” mobile phone sales office operated by C in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around February 2, 2012, the fact that C is not permitted to open a new mobile phone in the name of E, that C, the owner of the above mobile phone sales store, demanded C, who is the owner of the above mobile phone sales store, to promptly open the mobile phone because he obtained consent from E on the opening of a new mobile phone in the name of E, and the above C, stated “E”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “F”, “F”, and “E” in the name of the sales contract for the mobile phone sales store, entered “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “E” in the above E, and forged a new mobile phone sales contract and one copy of the mobile phone service contract, which is the part of the above E, for the purpose of exercising the name and signature on the side, respectively.

B. The above events of the above investigation document

At the time and place stated in the Paragraph, one copy of the mobile phone new contract under the above E, and one copy of the sales contract to be used as a device in the above E’s name, as if they were genuinely prepared, the above C sent a lump sum electronic transmission to the false name of the staff of the SK Telecom cell phone agent, and held the private documents on the rights and obligations of the above E’s name.
