On March 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:56, March 26, 2018, opened and intruded the main window that was not corrected in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “cafeteria” operated by the victim G from the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) removed KRW 300,000 in cash from the front door in the kitchen.

As a result, the theft was committed.
