A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From April 2019 to May 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was an employee from a restaurant operated by the victim C to the victim C from around April 2019 to May 2, 2019; and (b) did not return the keys of the restaurant to the victim upon the discontinuance of work at the above restaurant; and (c) did not return money to the victim; and (d) took money from the above restaurant.
1. At night, on May 27, 2019, the Defendant stolen 1.5 million won in cash over 10 times in total by the same method from the time to June 23:02, 2019, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including the theft of 200,000 won in cash at a credit cooperative located in a kacker by using keys kept in the above restaurant, opening the restaurant door, and intrusion into the inside, as well as in the attached list of crimes.
2. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;
A. On June 21, 2019, around 07:24, the Defendant intruded into the above restaurant in the same manner as the above restaurant at the same place as the above 1. Paragraph (1) and brought about a theft of KRW 100,000 in cash at the Kitter’s depository.
B. On June 25, 2019, at around 07:39, the Defendant intruded into the above restaurant in the same manner as the above restaurant in the same place as the above 1.39, and brought about a theft of KRW 100,000 in cash at the Kitter.
C. On June 26, 2019, around 07:45, the Defendant intruded into the above restaurant in the same manner as the above restaurant in the same manner as the above 1. Paragraph (1) and brought about a theft of KRW 100,000 in cash at the Kitter’s depository
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure on three occasions, and stolen 300,000 won in cash.

1. The Defendant, from August 19, 2019 to Daegu-gu, is a person who takes part in a “F cafeteria” operated by the victim E in Daegu-gu.
On August 26, 2019, the Defendant stolen 40,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, from a simple safe with a different calculation unit, while working at the above refined cafeteria on August 26, 2019.
