Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 4550] The Defendant, at around 04:10 on July 24, 2018, was in front of the coffee shop operated by the victim J in Busan Ho-gu, Busan, at around 04:10, the Defendant: (a) opened the door door to H to remove the door locking device; (b) opened the door before the coffee shop; and (c) set H, upon cancelling the locking device using the door, has a total of KRW 50,000,000 in the coffee shop.
