1. 2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On December 9, 2018, at around 21:45, the Defendant purchased food and other items from “I” in the “I” operation of the victim’s name in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and presented a credit card (J) as if he/she was his/her own card and presented it as if he/she was his/her own card, and paid 11,700 won for the goods, and used the stolen credit card after receiving goods from the victim.
B. At around 22:19 on the same day, the Defendant requested the “M” of the victim’s L operation in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon, to provide pccce services, and presented the n debit card (N) that stolen as one’s card as in the above paragraph (1), and settled the fee of KRW 1,500 with the victim’s service, thereby acquiring financial benefits equivalent to the above amount from the victim and using the stolen debit card.
C. At around 22:25 on the same day, the Defendant purchased goods, such as tobacco, from the “P” to operate the victim’s name in the Michuhol-gu Incheon, and stolen the same as the foregoing paragraph 1.
