1. At around 13:52 on January 31, 2019, the Defendant stolen: (a) in the PC “C” room located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) the victim D, who had been seated in the game, 60 knife the knife of the knife; and (c) the victim’s knife with the knife of the above seat knife, 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) one knife of the knife card of the KB National Bank C card; and (e) one knife of the 100,000 won in market price with one knife card.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

가. 피고인은 2019. 1. 31. 14:08경 광주 북구 E에 있는 피해자 F 운영의 ‘G’ 제과점에서, 단팥빵 3개, 도너츠 5개 등 합계 7,000원 상당의 물품을 구입하면서, 위와 같이 절취한 D 명의의 KB국민은행 체크카드를 마치 자신의 카드인 것처럼 피해자에게 제시하고 결제하여 도난당한 체크카드를 부정사용하고, 동액 상당의 재산상 이익을 취득하였다.

B. On January 31, 2019, at around 15:02, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 28,600 in total from the “J pharmacy” in the “J pharmacy” in the operation of the victim I located in the North-gu in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and from the “J pharmacy,” the Defendant made a false use of the stolen body card by presenting the stolen D’s CBB bank physical card to the victim as if he was his card, and by paying the stolen amount of money.

C. At around 15:10 on January 31, 2019, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 64,00,000 in total from the J Pharmacy as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (b), and then offered the KB National Bank Track Card in the name of the stolen D to the victim I as if he was his card, and used the stolen physical card illegally by paying it to the victim I, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
