Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 18, 2013, at the 365copon branch office of Daegu Suwon-dong, 57-10, Daegu Suwon-dong, 557-10, the victim B ( South and 40 years old) took care of her care, thereby thefting 150,000 won, including 10,00 won, 15,000 won, Daegu BankBC card, and 1,000 won, including 15,000 won, issued by the Bank of Korea and 15,000 won, in which she took care of her.

2. Fraud;

A. From September 18, 2013: (a) from around 13:09 on the same day to around 13:12 on the same day, the Plaintiff acquired the property worth KRW 27,500,00 in the aggregate, including by presenting the stolen Samsung Card in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, which is managed by the Victim C (FE) and by deceiving the Defendant to be his credit card and to pay the account by deceiving him to be one’s credit card; and (b) by acquiring the property of KRW 27,500 in the amount of KRW 25,00,000 in the market price, including by delivery of one sheet of tobacco equivalent to KRW 25,00 in the market price;

B. On September 18, 2013, from around 13:26 to 13:27 of the same day, the Plaintiff received one beverage of at least 1,500 won at the market price and obtained one cigarette of at least 25,000 won at the price in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) within the IE located in Daegu North-gu H operated by the victim G (Nam and 41 years of age), and acquired the property of at least 26,500 won at the price, by fraud;

C. On September 18, 2013: (a) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) in Lart in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, which is operated by the Victim J (W, 44 years of age), take the possession of the property equivalent to KRW 111,00,000 in value of KRW 76,000 in the market value and KRW 35,000 in the market value by taking the receipt of the gift gift gift gift tax equivalent to KRW 35,00 in the same manner as the above paragraph (a);

D. On September 18, 2013, around 14:24, 201, at the O convenience store located in Daegu-gu N, Daegu-gu, which is managed by the Victim M (n, 40 years of age) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) of the aforesaid paragraph, defrauds the goods by acquiring one cigarette of the amount equivalent to 25,000 won at the market price;

E. On September 18, 2013, from around 15:04 to around 15:13 on the same day, Daegu Jung-gu calculated 2, which was managed by the victim P (Nam, 37 years of age), is food equivalent to KRW 7,00 of the market price and ginseng equivalent to KRW 110,00 of the market price in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
