1. On July 4, 2013, around 05:10 on July 4, 2013, the Defendant, within the H convenience point located in Ulsan-gu F, Ulsan-gu, and under the control of the victim G (Y 28 years of age), stolen two pieces of 1,750 won of the market price, which was displayed at the above victim’s creshing, using the gaps in the management of the victim G, and brought about two pieces of 1,400 won of the market price.

On September 16, 2013: (a) around 12:49, the victim’s J (the 36-year-old age) entered the KSA as a customer, and opened it on the Kackter as if he/she would purchase various items other than the 1st cigarette of 25,000 won in the market price, and then, (b) presented the balance-free national bank check to the above victim, and (c) cut off one cigarette of Kackter tobacco on which the victim approved the Kackter card into the Kacter.

3. On October 20, 2013, around 20:13, around 20: (a) entered the Nart operated by the victim M&A as a customer, and took a theft of one cigarette from the market price of 25,000 won by the aforementioned method.

4. On December 20, 2013, Q convenience points operated by the injured PP (EM) located in Ulsan-gu P (EM) around 19:22 on December 20, 2013 entered as a customer, and the market price of which is 25,000 won or more per the said method.
