Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 17:48 on September 24, 2014 to around 17:51 on the same day, the Defendant embezzled a post office cream card lost by the victim D as a secondary caution in the front of the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, from around 17:51 on the same day.

2. Fraud;

A. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant, at F E in Daegu Dong-gu, about 17:51 on September 24, 2014, purchases goods from the post office post office cards owned by the victim, such as the above paragraph (1), he/she shall, as if he/she were his/her card, acquire goods from his/her employees by deceiving 2,300 won, and 27,000 won for tobacco to be used in the same manner as at around 21:05 on the same day, and 22:33 on the same day, and around 22:33 on the same day, and around 22:34 on the same day, and around 22:34 on the same day, by deceiving 71,80 won for tobacco to be used in the same manner as at around 21:05.

B. The Defendant, from Schlage in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 19:35 on the same day, paid 5,300 won for goods by means of the means and methods such as the above 2-A, 22:20 on the same day, 5,400 won for goods at around 22:24 on the same day, and 16,000 won for goods at around 22:24 on the same day, by fraud;

C. The Defendant, at H restaurant located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 20:57 on the same day, shall pay 11,000 won for meal costs and in the same means and methods as the above 2-A, and shall obtain it by fraud;

D. On the same day, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 101,700 on 10 occasions in total, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by settling 2,800 won through the means and methods referred to in paragraph 2(a) of the above 2, such as by deceiving and deceiving 2,800 won in an infinite book (ju) around 22:07, Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, the same day.
