1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Defendant’s Intervenor’s appointment and reappointment 1) is a school foundation that establishes and operates the C University. 2) On March 1, 2010, the Plaintiff appointed the Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) as the teaching staff at C University’sology and full-time teaching staff at C University.
