1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On March 1, 2006, the Intervenor was reappointed on two-year basis as a full-time lecturer at the Suwon National University established and operated by the Plaintiff, a school foundation, as a full-time lecturer (the final tenure of appointment: from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2014). (B)

1) Amendment 1 of the relevant provision provides that the regulation on the personnel management of teachers of the Suwon National University shall be subject to the evaluation of research achievements in the examination of reappointment, and the dissertations shall be assessed regardless of the period of time, regardless of the period of time.
