1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation.

The examination of teachers at least the first grade B or the first grade C - the number of domestic research teachers at least after the end of the examination of the study classification - the number of domestic teachers at least 10 points for public research - the first grade SI, SI, SI, and 120.
