A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. C. Around July 26, 2015, the Defendant acquired national credit card cases owned by the victim E, and mobile phone cases with which the market price of one resident registration certificate is unknown, which were owned by the victim E at the Songpa-dong Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul around July 26, 2015.
