Punishment of the crime
[2012 Highest 5357] On March 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:20 on March 27, 2012, the victim C, who engages in the active fish distribution business, parked his e-mail vehicle in front of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu D cafeteria; and (b) clean up the above frequency collection room; (c) 12 copies of the check owned by the victim, 100,000 won in cash, 200,000 won in the market value, 10,000 won in cash, 1 driver’s license, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1, 3, 3, 1, 1,2, 3, and 1,000 won in the market value of the victim’s vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property equivalent to the total amount of 1.65 million won in the market.

1. Larceny;
A. At around 13:00 on April 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered a truck of the victim E in front of the new saving bank located in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 194-1, and stolen one wall, one of which is the victim’s possession, of cash 22,000 won, a new body check, a new body check card, a NAFC card, and a national card, with which the market price cannot be known, from which the Defendant was removed.
B. At around 16:00 on July 20, 2012, the Defendant entered a back door, which was not corrected at a livelihood room operated by the victim G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and stolen one knive bag, where the market price of which is 60,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s own interest, is unknown, from the back door, and one knives of which the market price is unknown, and two knives of which are in excess of 640,000 won in market price, and one knives of which are in excess of 440,000 won in the market price.
C. On August 6, 2012, around 11:25, the Defendant opened a door of a truck owned by the victim I, the victim I, who was not corrected at H in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and opened it, and the Defendant cannot identify the market price of KRW 300,000 in cash, the victim’s possession on which he was on his top, and the market price is KRW 90,000.
