A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 214" Defendant intruded into the guest room of the Moel, to steal the possession of guests, and intruded by opening and entering the Domoel in Tong Young-si on March 23, 2013. On March 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the Domototoc room in Tong Young-si; (b) opened the Domotoc room in 201; and (c) 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, where the victim E was locked, using the crepan in which the victim E was locked, and used two identification cards, and stolen them.

"2013 Highest 697"

1. On August 15, 2013, at around 03:05, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a non-Correctioned visit at the FMoel 306, located in G in Yong-Nam-gu, G on August 15, 2013; (b) opened and intruded, the Defendant: (c) opened and intruded a locked victim H; (d) one for whom the market price in cash 3-40,000 won, credit card 3-4, and driver’s license 1; and (e) one for which the victim I’s cash 50,000 won, card 2, resident registration certificate 1, and one for whom the market price cannot be identified.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. On August 15, 2013, from around 04:45 to around 05:00, the Defendant opened and intrudes into a Jmotoel 207, located in K at Gyeong-gu, Jmoto-si, Jmoto-si, Jmoto-si, and then, the Defendant had one galle-ro, the market price of which is the victim L owned by the potential victim, one galle-ra, one 450,000 won, one galle-ro, one galle-ra, and three galle-ro, the market price of which is not known.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

"2013 Highest 828"

1. On August 10, 2013, at around 03:38, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded by a plan to open an unrectatur 202 located in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) then, the Defendant was in the top of the victim’s cash-related KRW 113,000, 200, 300, 400, and 40,000,000, the market price of which includes one driver’s license.
