A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On November 20, 2012, at around 16:16, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s market value, which was 1.20,00 won at the D mobile phone store located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with 1.2 million won at the victim’s mobile phone store.

B. At around 12:00 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s “Hac shop” in the “Hac shop operated by the Victim G on the 2nd floor F. of the Mayang-gu Mayang-si, Annyang-si, with cash 200,000 won, which is the victim’s possession of a locker; (b) with a new card; and (c) with a stolen wall consisting of one copy of the Nong-gu card.

C. Around 06:00 on May 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle not locked by the victim I in the public parking lot in Ansan-dong, Ansan-dong, Ansan-dong, 711; and (b) stolen the said vehicle with one copy of the her mother Jinc Card with the victim’s her mother Jinc Card.

D. Around 03:00 on July 21, 2013, the Defendant discovered the Victim K, who was under influence of alcohol at Annyang-dong 782-19, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, 782-19, and subsequently, discovered the Victim K, who was located in the victim’s side of the victim, and subsequently, entered the victim’s property in the sum of KRW 10,000,000,000 from July 28, 2013 in attached Form 31, 1, 2, 2, 3, 2, 2, 3, 2, 2, 3,000, 1, 1, 1, driver’s license, 1, 5,000, and 10,000 won of the market price from time to July 28, 2013, as well as 10,000 won of the victims’ property from July 28, 2015.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:57, at the “N (O)” of the victim M management in the Mangyang-gu L in Annyang-si, Annyang-si.
