A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 2, 2015, around 08:10 on February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) carried out a F tourist bus standing on the front side of the building in Nam-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) one cash 1,500,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim G; (c) one MCM wall equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market price; and (d) one powder bag equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 in the market price with a credit card, and stolen it.
2. On February 13, 2015, around 09:00 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a window of the driver’s seat of the Jmati tower in front of the H building operated by the victim I and collected losses from the Plaintiff; (b) 300,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 24K, KRW 4,000, KRW 50,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 24 K, and KRW 50,000, market price of the old gate; and (c) 1,000, KRW 20,000, market price of which is unknown.
3. On March 4, 2015, on March 4, 2015, around 07:46, the Defendant: (a) went into a Ma tourist bus standing in front of the Lane located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for a 3,700,000 won in cash, which is the ownership of the victim C; (b) one handba (masaw) holding a 3,00,000 won in the market price; and (c) one handbababbabbba in the amount equivalent to 2,00,000 won in the market price, which is at a duty-free shop (1.2 million won in the market price).
4. On March 27, 2015, at around 08:28:28, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door in Incheon Nam-gu; and (b) cut off cash door door door door door door door door door door door, which is owned by the victim D; (c) KRW 300,000, market price of KRW 500,000; and (d) KRW 40,000, cash door door, which is owned by the victim P, and KRW 900,00.
5. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on March 28, 2015, to a S tourist bus standing in front of the Incheon Southern-gu hotel around 07:45 on March 28, 2015.
