Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, respectively.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2014, Defendant A, using any crepan in the construction site of the building located in Sacheon-si, and thereby, stolen each Chapter 1,690 Chapter 1,690 of the total market value of the victims E-owned by using any crepan and carrying the 200,000 won of the re-owned market value of the victim E-owned at the same place, and the Fone Starsch Rexroth, being waiting in advance, and being loaded the e-owned by the victim at the same time over 26 times in total, as shown in Table 1 of the List of Crimes 1.

2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in the business of leasing and selling the constructioner’s re-lease in the name of “H” in both weeks.

On September 21, 2015, the Defendant purchased from A 200,000, 6 million won of the market value of the false victim of the name that he/she had stolen from A, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, A, his/her residence.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to verify the identity of the seller in the construction material leasing and selling business, and to verify whether the seller requires the buyer's re-owner's asset acquisition process, the motive for the sale, and the price suitable for the transaction price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a judgment on the stolen water and neglected to do so, the Defendant purchased 200,000 fee 2 million won, and purchased 2,400, 12 times in total as shown in the attached Table 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by occupational negligence as above.
