Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on August 28, 2014, and the sentence became final and conclusive on September 5, 2014, and is still under the suspension of execution.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On February 20, 2016, at around 04:26, the Defendant: (a) stolen approximately KRW 35,000 of the market value of the victim D at the new warehouse in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) KRW 105,00,000, KRW 35,000 of the market value of the victim D; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s vehicle E, enclosed and 31 ton.

B. On March 2016, at a construction site located in Kimpo-si F at around 05:00 at the end of Kimpo-si, the Defendant stolen approximately approximately 20,000 head of the Si of the Victim G, the market value of which is the victim G, by loading approximately KRW 400,00,000, in E Hawd and Ⅲ 1 ton of the vehicle.

On April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from around 04:00 to around 05:00, at a construction site located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant stolen approximately 30 percent of the 900,000 won of the market value of the victim I, by being loaded onto E Adrid and Ⅲ 1 ton of the vehicle.

On April 4, 2016, at around 03:58, the Defendant, at the new construction site located in the J of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on April 4, 2016, stolen approximately KRW 50,000 of the market value of the victim K, for construction (e.g., flown) at the cost of the victim K, by loading it in Edon class III and one ton of the vehicles.

E. On April 8, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant from the construction site of a factory located in Kimpo-si L, approximately 64 of the 1950,000 victim M at the market price of the victim M; (b) loaded approximately KRW 64,00,000 on the E Add and C 1 ton of the vehicle.

F. On April 17, 2016, around Kimpo-si, 04:35, the Defendant stolen a part of Chapter 9, 2,70,000 won of the market value of the victim's O (e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e. and h

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, driving the vehicle of six to six to six to six to six to five to six to five to six to the Q in Kimpo-si P from each of the above places in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.
