Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2013, around 22:30, Defendant A, at the site of a construction project located in the Dogri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si, the victim E, was stolen by carrying approximately 56,000,000, 1,400 won of the market value he was the victim’s possession.

In addition, from August 30, 2013 to April 21, 2017, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 40,589,000, total market value of the victims’ possession, by the same method over 20 times, as shown in the attached Table 1 sheet of crime committed from around August 30, 2013.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in the water trading business under the trade name of “G” from F in the city of Gyeonggi-do.

Around June 16, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 100 speak pipes, the ownership of the victim H, who he stolen from the above G, from the victim H.
