1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is an organization that claims that T, the 11-year descendants of SP as a joint group, is a clan with a unique meaning that consists of descendants. 2) The remaining Defendants except Defendant D, E, E, H, H, and I are the successors of the net U, Defendant F, G, H, and I are the successors of the net V, P, Q, R are the successors of the net V, and the successors of Defendant J, K, L, M, N, N, and R are the successors of the network X.
B. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 5 and 6 list No. 1) was subject to the circumstances of the network Y on July 1, 1913. As to each 1/4 shares on May 30, 1979, registration of ownership was made in the name of the SiV, the network Z, the network X, and the Defendant. On April 25, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of AA for the reason of inheritance due to an agreement division. On May 31, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of the Defendant L for the reason of inheritance due to the agreement division, and on July 3, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of the Defendant for the reason of inheritance due to the agreement division. Each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 6718, Jul. 17, 2012.
3. On June 24, 1970, the registration of ownership preservation was made under the name of the network AB and the network AC, and on August 29, 1984, the registration of ownership transfer was made under the name of the network X, network AD, network Z, network U and the Defendant B with respect to shares of 1/5 on August 29, 1984.
After that, on April 23, 2012, the transfer registration of ownership in the name of AE was made due to the inheritance of the property due to the division of agreement with respect to the shares in the name of AD, and on April 25, 2012, the transfer registration of ownership in the name of AA was made due to the inheritance of the property due to the division of agreement with respect to the shares in the name of Z, and on May 31, 2012, the name of the defendant L for the inheritance due to the division of agreement with respect to the shares in the name of AX.
