1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. With respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 as of April 6, 1984, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of S, Te (T (T, U of the Gyeonglung-gun, the address of which is indicated on the certificate of registered matters, hereinafter “T”), V, W (T, the Daegu X, the address of which is indicated on the certificate of registered matters; hereinafter “W”), Y, Z, and AA (hereinafter the above seven persons, including S, are collectively referred to as “S, etc.”).

Of them, with respect to the 1/7 shares of T, the title of Defendant B was transferred on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation and division made on March 7, 2016 as of March 7, 2015, and with respect to the 1/7 shares due to the inheritance due to the consultation and division made on June 3, 2014, the name of Defendant E on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation and division made on February 22, 2014, and with respect to 1/7 shares of W, the title of Defendant C on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation and division made on April 11, 1995, and with respect to 1/7 shares of Defendant C on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation and division made on May 10, 2007, and with respect to 1/7 shares of Defendant D on the ground of the entire ownership of Defendant D on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation and division made on May 10, 2014, the entire ownership was held as Defendant C on the date of inheritance.

B. As to the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list, the entire transfer registration of shares in the name of AC, AD, AE, and G (hereinafter the above four persons collectively referred to as “AC, etc.”) in which each co-owned share is 1/4 shares as of December 5, 1994 is completed.

Among them, with respect to AC 1/4's shares, the registration of transfer of shares in the name of AF and the registration of transfer of all shares in the name of AG was completed on March 24, 200 and with respect to AE 1/4's shares on the ground of donation made on March 14, 200 on March 24, 200, the registration of transfer of each share in the name of F was completed on the ground of inheritance by an agreement division made on April 25, 2009 on April 15, 2009.
