The plaintiff is R R's A, the defendant is Q's A, and S is N's and T's O.
The ownership preservation under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) was completed on November 28, 1980 by making N,O, P, and Q 4 as joint owners of Lerh 8 square meters in U.S. (hereinafter “instant land”).
