A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in collaboration with B on June 3, 2012, committed a theft of property worth KRW 3,918,000,00 in total six times from the above date to July 2, 2012, in total, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1) in the E farm area of the Victim D Management in Western P, Inc., and the Defendant: (a) cut the metal network by using a cuter in possession; and (b) cut off 70,000,000 won on a vehicle using a cuter in possession; and (c) cut off 5,000,000 won in total from the above date and time to July 2, 2012, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. On June 3, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven the said van without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of five times from the above date to July 2, 2012, the Defendant driven the said van without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from the front of the house B located in Seopo City G to the front of the E farm located in the same city at the same time as Seopo City, and driving the said van without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of five times from the above date to July 2, 2012.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is an operator of Fone Star bus.

On June 3, 2012, the Defendant operated the said vans more than five times in total from the aforementioned date to July 2, 2012, as shown in the list of crimes (3) in attached Form 2, in the front of the E farm in Seopopo City, Seopopo City, the Defendant, along with operating the said vans not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on March 12, 2013, without obtaining a driver’s license on March 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a f Costaex vehicle from the 1158-31st day of the Jeju-si 1158-31, Jeju-si, to the front side of the parking lot.

2. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not subscribe to mandatory insurance owned by the Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place.
