A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on April 26, 2012, and the Seoul Detention Center completed the enforcement of the sentence on April 26, 2012, 6 times the sum of the criminal records for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without obtaining a license) and 5 times the sum of the criminal records for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 22:10 on February 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) operated a approximately one kilometer prior to the “mann-ray restaurant” in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.109% without obtaining a driver’s license, the Defendant was driving a vehicle of approximately one kilometer to the front road of Dobong-dong 947-dong (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

At the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant operated the Defendant-owned C Costex Sheet on the road, which was not covered by the automobile mandatory insurance.

1. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and around 18:04 on January 1, 2015, the Defendant driven C Costaex motor vehicle from the old cancer in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the 9 U.S. e-ro 9 U.S. e-mail.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1, operated the said C Costaex car without being covered by the automobile mandatory insurance.
