A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 9, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.132% among blood transfusions on July 23:30, 2013, the Defendant driven a cub car in C from the vicinity of the water station located in the water station in the Suwon-si mountain at Suwon-si to the front end of the same Gu to approximately 2 km.
