Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows, and the defendant’s additional argument in the trial of the court of the court of the first instance is as follows, in addition to the determination of “the additional determination in the trial of the second instance” as to the defendant in the trial of the court of the first instance, it is identical to the corresponding part of the grounds for the defendant in the judgment of the court of the first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 42

The Defendant asserts to the effect that the defect of the instant construction and each of the instant buildings had no causation in light of the following: (a) according to the prior safety diagnosis conducted before the instant construction; (b) the construction was conducted by applying a special construction method in order to prevent rupture, etc. of neighboring buildings, including each of the instant buildings; (c) around October 1986; (b) around 1982 in the instant building; and (c) around 1982 in the instant building; and (c) the instant 3 building was a newly constructed old-age building around 1978, which had already been damaged by deterioration and use; and (d) the instant building had already been damaged by deterioration and use.
