A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act: (a) introduced passbooks, cash card solicitation books, D, E, and F, to be used for licensing crimes; and (b) D, E, and F, to take over the means of access, such as passbooks and cash cards, to be used for the above crimes, under the direction of the said C.

On January 19, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with C and D, acquired one cash card and password connected to G’s account from an infinite person, from his name-free person, at an infinite-dong (hereinafter referred to as “Tinsan-dong”) around January 19, 201, and acquired a total of nine cash cards, etc. from the above date to February 23, 2011, as indicated in the annexed crime list.
