1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

2. Seized evidence 1 to 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

◀2013고단167 피고인은 전화금융사기(속칭 ‘보이스 피싱’ 사기) 조직의 조직원인 일명 ‘C사장’ 등 성명불상자들과 함께 보이스 피싱 범죄에 사용할 타인 명의의 통장 및 현금카드 등 접근매체를 양수하기로 공모하였다.

Defendant,

1. On January 16, 2013: (a) cutting off the three-dimensional cash cards (credit card No. E) in the name of D, which were put in the storage of the above viewing station by the winners of the name in the viewing station located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Tae-ro 1:30, and then put in the storage of the above viewing station with D;

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C President and others, acquired the means of access as above.
