A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, upon receiving the order from the bearer of the named “E” and under the direction of the victim, who managed C, D, and B, cash card solicitation books, cash account withdrawal books, etc., the Defendant: (a) took over the cash card solicitation books and cash cards solicited by F, etc.; and (b) had the victims in China return money from the victims in Korea to financial institutions, financial supervisory agencies, investigation agencies, etc. by misrepresenting them; or (c) transfer money from the victims’ account to the said passbook to the said passbook by using the financial information known from the victims; (d) under the direction of the “E”, the Defendant sent money from the victims’ account via the cash card connected to the said passbook to the said passbook to the “E”; and (e) decided to take charge of the said Defendant’s act of making the Defendant withdraw the money from the cash card connected to the said passbook and deposit money from the account instructed by the “E”; and (e) decided to do so in sequence with the said sing executor, the soliciting solicitor, and the evis and the evis.

1. Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;

A.
